Flatstock

With Bumbershoot right around the corner I figured it would be a good time to recommend checking out Flatstock 18 (Aug.30th - Sept. 1st). I had a chance to check it out at SXSW 2007 and was blown away by all the amazing artists and posters on display.

Flatstock is an ongoing exhibition that travels to music festivals all over the world giving you the chance to see some of the best poster art and also meet the artists who've made them.

I also came across a trailer for the new documentary Died Young, Stayed Pretty that examines the underground poster culture and interviews some of the artist that will be there this year.
