UW Extension: Ruby Certificate

Last week Jordan and I applied for the University of Washington Extension Program: Ruby Programming Certificate. Since we just applied we have not been 'approved' yet but I really hope we get in. The certificate program is a 30 session, 3 quarter program. The courses are:
- Ruby: The Core Language
- Applications with Ruby on Rails
- Advanced Topics in Ruby
In my letter of application I wrote: "Although my current role is primarily project & resource management, I am seeking to learn more about the programming language that my companies future is based on as well as contribute more to my team as we move forward with our business ventures."
I hope to soon report that we've both been accepted to the program however it could be another week or so before we find out. I'll let you know!
